Czasami mechanizm zwalnia blokadę, ale drzwi mogą lekko ocierać o ramę szafki. Sometimes the locking mechanism releases, but the door may slightly catch on the locker frame.

Spróbuj: Try the following:

• 👆 delikatnie podważyć drzwi od dołu palcem gently lift the door slightly from the bottom with your finger
• 🤏 lekko pociągnąć drzwi do siebie gently pull the door towards you

Możliwe, że blokada drzwi jest już zwolniona, ale drzwiczki lekko się zaklinowały. It is possible that the lock has already been released but the door is slightly stuck.

Zamknięcie drzwi automatycznie kończy wynajem. Closing the locker door automatically ends the rental.

Aby odzyskać bagaż: To retrieve your luggage:

• 1️⃣ wynajmij tę samą skrytkę ponownie rent the same locker again
• 2️⃣ otwórz ją nowym PIN-em open it using the new PIN
• 3️⃣ skontaktuj się z nami contact our support

W wiadomości podaj: In your message please include:

• 📧 screenshot potwierdzenia z maila (jeśli masz) screenshot of the confirmation email (if available)
